You say google+ is a mess? do you invest time in manging your feeds like you do twitter and rss feeds? If you unfollow someone it's not personal but people take it personally. But sometimes it *is* personal. Spot on!

Regarding Flipboard and the fact you don't like they hand pick the feeds for you -- I actually find value in this and it saves me time. I love reading the "tech" section of Flipboard. I don't have time to follow and unfollow rss and twitter people everyday. I also love the interface and user experience.

I loved the trick to use Time Machine to go back to an earlier version of an app (if it is buggy). I never sync with my computer though. Maybe I should.

Regarding Path, I didn't really care all that much. I did ask path followers on path what they thought about path and got a few responses. Did this annoy you guys? :)

I think Apple should put guardrails in place to prevent this. Path I don't think was malicious. Many other apps do it and yes they should have told us. I downloaded the update and re-installed and re-uploaded all my contacts. I think it's funny Apple rejects the Arnold mention in the AppAdvice app, but not an app that sends data about me to their servers without my knowing. Perhaps it's easier for the latter to slip through the cracks.
